Sharon did an excellent job on planning of this cruise for us. From our flights to cruise are well organized. Sharon Has planned three other cruises for us in 2024. I trust that we will have a good time on these pending trips as this one. In fact, I referred a new customer to Sharon a few days ago.

We have traveled with several Tour companies including Globus.. Sharon was truly very helpful in securing us the FINAL last seat--when no one could :) She was persistent, kept in continuous touch with Globus and me. We also had expired Welcome Back Credit, and Sharon was able to get those re-instated for us. She is extremely helpful, very patient and willing to go bat for her clients to make them happy. This is the first time we've used Pavlus Travel--having used your competitor in the past. Thank you Sharon and Pavlus Travel. Travel industry needs more Sales Reps with Sharon's persona.
