As a long-time veteran of the Travel Industry, Dianne is an expert with numerous vendors, and specifically loves to sell Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, and land tours with Globus.  She thoroughly enjoyed a recent trip to France and was blown away by Paris, Normandy, and Monet’s Gardens.  Dianne hopes to travel to the Galapagos as her next bucket-list location and plans to take her grandkids to Scotland before too long.  She personally has sailed with Viking River several times and highly recommends any voyage that goes to Amsterdam, as it is one of her favorite places she has traveled.

Kendahl is passionate about crafting unforgettable journeys, helping guests create experiences they will treasure for years. Growing up traveling across the US instilled her love for adventure and she has never stopped exploring. Kendahl lived in Paris for a month during college and loved exploring the beauty of Normandy, the splendor of Versailles, and more throughout France.  Specializing in Viking River and Ocean cruises, Rocky Mountaineer, Globus Tours and Seabourn Cruises, she brings a love for luxury travel and a personal touch to every itinerary, ensuring your trip is as seamless as it is memorable.  Kendahl’s next bucket list voyage would be a River Cruise through Europe or an Alaska Cruise Tour.

Lauren is a veteran in selling travel with years of experience selling tours in particular, and has recently expanded her expertise specifically to Tauck.  She has a love for adventure and exploration, which she shares with her guests when selling not only tours, but also river cruises, and ocean cruises.  Personally, Lauren really enjoys touring and road-tripping in the US, and hopes to spend her next adventure on an Expedition Cruise with Lindblad or on a tour to Ireland with her family. She is also well-versed in Viking, CIE, Globus, Oceania, and AMA Waterways.

With a background in high-touch service and leadership, Nick is a travel planner that specializes in creating refined, personalized journeys inspired by culture, cuisine, and meaningful exploration. Portugal—particularly Lisbon and the Douro River Valley—remains a favorite destination for its balance of vibrant city life and rural charm, while personal travel experience also includes river and ocean cruising, guided land journeys, and immersive regional exploration. With Northern Italy next on the horizon, he is dedicated to designing thoughtfully curated travel experiences tailored to each client’s unique vision.

As a longtime Planner at Pavlus, Pam has an incredible amount of experience in all Luxury products.  Recently she travelled on Regent Seven Seas to Turkey, and absolutely loved her time in Istanbul.  Pam hopes to travel to Japan next, ideally with Silversea, and she loves to River Cruise, having been on 5 different itineraries.  Some of her favorite places she has been to are Italy, where she experienced a private tour of the Vatican, and France, where to was enthralled by her visit to Normandy.  Pam has also travelled to the Canadian Rockies and to Peru, and is an expert in Oceania and Tauck.

Shari is a seasoned expert in both Seabourn and Regent Seven Seas luxury cruises.  She travelled on Regent in 2023 and can speak first-hand about the amazing service and overall experience onboard.  While Shari prefers locations closer to home and has spent a lot of time in the Caribbean and Mexico, she hopes to travel to Alaska soon, as she loves the great outdoors and all types of wildlife.  Shari also hopes to travel to Ireland and Italy in the near future to experience their natural wonders.

Susan is an absolute expert in Regent Seven Seas, and all Luxury cruise lines.  Her favorite destination she has traveled to is Africa, where she was able to experience Safari in Kenya.  Susan still has a lot of dream locations, to include visits to Japan, Australia, Antarctica, the Galapagos Islands, and Portugal to name a few.  Susan also has years of experience selling Viking and Tauck, with whom she traveled on an impressive river cruise in France.  She is very well rounded in her specialties, including expedition vendors like Ponant and Lindblad as well.

Hillary currently is specializing in Viking Cruises, Oceania Cruises, and all things Tauck.  Recently she has travelled all throughout Europe experiencing everything from Christmas Markets in Belgium and the Eiffel Tower, to Rugby matches in London and driving the Autobahn.  Hillary is an outdoor enthusiast who loves horses and hopes to specialize in adventures involving horseback riding and touring.  She hopes her next adventure will take her on Safari, and to visit Mozambique and Tanzania.  Hillay also is an expert in Globus, Trafalgar, and Insight Tours.
